22nd International Conference on Ion Implantation TechnologyList of exhibitors
During the conference, an exhibition of ion implantation related equipment will take place. This is a very good opportunity for manufacturers of implanters, vacuum components, annealing systems, handling systems, measurement tools, spare parts, as well as for implant service companies, gas suppliers, and second hand equipment suppliers to present their products. Because of floor space, the number of exhibitors is limited to approx. 30. The booths are given away on a first come first serve basis.
Organizations can book exhibition space. The provided exhibition booth has the dimensions of approx. 3 m x 2 m and includes one table and two chairs. Own booths will be accepted.
Each exhibitor will get one free admission (which includes session access, lunches, conference dinner, conference excursion).
The exhibition fee is 2500 EUR.
