Conference Office

The conference office will be open as follows:

On Saturday (September 15) the conference office is closed. On Sunday (September 16) and Monday (September 17), registration will take place as follows:

Conference Language

The working language ofr the conference will be English and English will be used for presentations and printed material.

Internet

Internet will be available free of charge at the conference center and in all rooms of the hotel Maritim. In case you are staying in another hotel, please inquire with the hotel.
 

Speakers Briefing

Authors should meet their session chairperson in the lecture hall 15 minutes prior to the start of the session for which that talk is scheduled.
 

Format of the Presentation

The presentation should be in the form of PowerPoint or PDF. No slides or transparencies can be used.
 

Posters

Poster boards will be about 130 cm high and 90 cm wide. Mounting material will be provided.
 

Best Paper Awards

The best oral and the best poster papers will be awarded. Special awards will be given to the best student oral and poster paper.
 

Proceedings of the Conference

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore. All participants will receive a copy of the proceedings.
 

Equipment Exhibition

The conference will feature an exhibition area, dedicated to the display and demonstration for service companies, equipment manufacturers, and suppliers. Please inquire with the organizing committee.
