Some excellent sponsorship opportunities exist at the IIT 2018 conference that will enable your organization to maximize the impression you make at the conference and beyond. Organizations can customize their visibility and recognition at the IIT 2018 by choosing the sponsorship level that best suits their demands.
 

Sponsorship Levels

There are different funding levels:

Platinum: ≥ 30,000 €
Gold: ≥ 20,000 €
Silver: ≥ 10,000 €
Bronze: ≥ 5,000 €
 

Sponsorship Benefits and Further Options

Each sponsor will get one free admission (which includes session access, lunches, conference dinner, conference excursion), a free booth, and recognition in the proceedings, as well as prominent signage during the conference.

For each sponsor, the logo and company profile are displayed at the IIT 2018 webpage.

Some events during the IIT 2018 conference and school are available for sponsorship (e.g., welcome reception, drinks during poster sessions, breaks, etc.). Events may be shared between several sponsors. Please enquire with the local organizing committee. There will be a prominent signage during the sponsored event.

Sponsors may also supply additional items (pens, USB sticks, etc.) that will be included in the attendees’ bags. Sponsors will be responsible for coordination as well as the costs of printing/production and shipping.

The provided exhibition booth has the dimensions of approx. 3m x 2m and includes one table and two chairs. Own booths will be accepted.
