You have to complete the copyright transfer agreement, one form per paper, not per author. An email with instructions was sent to the corresponding authors by Ecopyright@ieee.org on October 10, 2018.
The copyright notice in the paper wil be added by Volker Häublein. Please specify the correct copyright notice in EasyChair (see Instructions for paper submission here).
Before Creating a PDF
Implement the adaptations of your paper as requested by the reviewers (if any).
Proofread your document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no further revision.
Creating your PDF eXpress Account
Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the "New Users - Click Here" link.
2. Enter the following:
44493XP for the Conference ID
your email address and choose a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress or IEEE PDF eXpress Plus need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
You can now use the IEEE PDF eXpress Plus site to validate and upload your papers. The deadline for upload is November 23, 2018.
