Registration

Online registration will start in April 2018.

Information on the registration fees will be provided in due time.

The registration fee for the school includes:
- welcome reception on Wednesday, September 12
- coffee breaks
- lunch
- the school book

The registration fee for the conference includes:
- welcome reception on Sunday, September 16
- coffee breaks
- lunch
- excursion
- conference dinner
- wine tasting party on Friday, September 21
- conference package
- conference proceedings (proceedings not included for students)

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes:
- welcome reception on Sunday, September 16
- excursion
- conference dinner
- wine tasting party on Friday, September 21
- program for accompanying persons

Cancellation

If a written notice of cancellation reaches the IIT office
- on or before August 16, 2018, an cancellation fee of € 100 will be deducted before refunding the fee,
- after August 16, 2018, no refund is possible, but a copy of the proceedings will be mailed after the conference.
